Air Travel
Québec Jean-Lesage international airport (YQB): The Quebec City airport is only a 20-minute car ride away from the conference venue, Hôtel Le Concorde.
Services like taxi, Uber and public bus transportation can be used from the airport and are all affordable options (~ 10 to 40 CAD). Car rental is also available at the YQB airport, but a car is not necessary to explore the Old Quebec City district.
Montréal Pierre-Elliott Trudeau international airport (YUL) is another main hub connecting to Canada. Delegates should expect a 3-hours car ride between Montréal airport and Québec City.
Ground Travel
Orléans Express is the company offering ground transportation by intercity bus. Via Rail also operates frequent trains departing from Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal to Quebec City. Both bus and train stop at the downtown Québec City terminal (Gare du Palais), which is located just a few minutes away by either public bus or taxi from the Hôtel Le Concorde venue.
Lodging
The conference venue, Hôtel Le Concorde, is a large hotel with rooms available at reasonable rates. However, there are plenty of other options (hotels, inns, AirBNB) within walking distance of the venue.
